It is approaching three years since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine triggered a flurry of U.K. sanctions against individuals perceived as close to the Kremlin.
This week, for the first time since that sanctions regime was ushered in, an attempt “de-designation” by a sanctioned individual has reached the Supreme Court.
