Reed Smith has hired a corporate counsel from Amazon in Brussels, a little over two years after he left the firm to join the U.S. tech giant.
Philippe Heeren, who left Reed Smith as a senior associate in 2022 to take up a role as corporate counsel in Amazon’s Brussels office, has rejoined the firm as a partner in the firm’s global regulatory enforcement group.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
