Clifford Chance will play a key role in defending Rupert Murdoch's News Group Newspapers (NGN) as The Duke of Sussex's claim goes to trial at the High Court in London.
The Prince, along with former Labour Party deputy leader Lord Tom Watson, are seeking a ruling that senior figures within the $20bn publishing empire knew about and covered up for wrongdoing by editors employed at The Sun and former leading Sunday title The News of the World.
