Fidal has launched a new division within its disputes practice, specializing in the construction, infrastructure, and telecoms sectors.
Leading the division is new disputes and arbitration partner Christophe Lapp, who specializes in construction law. He joins Fidal after 15 years as a partner at business law firm Altana, which is part of the European ADVANT network. Fidal partner Manuel Tomas, head of international arbitration at the firm, announced the new division in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.
