King & Spalding and an ex-partner have been hit with a lawsuit after a client claimed that £1.7 million that had been entrusted to the firm went missing.
The client in question, acting under the name Foundation Stimm, accused King & Spalding of breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of an undertaking, and negligence in September 2023, according to court documents.
