Seventy-six Asian companies listed in the U.S. last year and 75% of those listings raised less than $10 million.

Among the U.S. firms with offices in Greater China that advised on those initial public offerings, Loeb & Loeb took the largest market share of listings, handling 13 IPOs for Asia-based issuers. K&L Gates trailed behind with three, and none of the other small to mid-cap players closed more than one or two U.S. listings for Asian issuers in 2024.
