Law firm partners have reacted with surprise at the replacement of Marcus Bokkerink as chair of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Earlier this week, the government said that Bokkerink would be replaced by Doug Gurr, a former president of Amazon China—a change which would “continue [the] Government’s push for growth under the Plan for Change”.
