Dentons’ Brussels office has hired a long-time partner from DLA Piper to helm both its new restructuring practice and its litigation and dispute resolution practice in Belgium.
Joris De Vos joined DLA Piper in 2003 from independent Benelux firm Stibbe. He specialises in assisting companies in financial distress in restructuring, liquidation and bankruptcy processes.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
