Professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal has opened its first office in Dublin to establish its corporate finance practice in Ireland.
Niall Flood, who previously held directorial roles at Big Four consulting firm KPMG, has joined the global business management consultancy as head of corporate finance in Ireland.
