Herbert Smith Freehills has hired 10 lawyers from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe Germany including managing partner Oliver Duys and corporate partners Wilhelm Nolting-Hauff and Nikita Tkatchenko.
The partners, who will be based in Düsseldorf, will be accompanied by their seven-lawyer team consisting of four counsel and three associates.
