Saudi Arabia's AS&H Clifford Chance is advising Elm Company, the investment arm of the Saudi Ministry of Finance, on the acquisition of the Public Investment Fund’s technology unit, Thiqah Business Services Company.
A stock exchange filing said that AS&H Clifford Chance acted as legal adviser on the deal.
