Amazon has been granted permission to amend its counterclaim in an international patent litigation case brought by Nokia a year and a half ago.
Mr Justice Zakaroli handed down a judgement today which gave the retailer permission to amend its Particulars of Counterclaim in order to apply for an interim license. He also gave permission for the Defence and Counterclaim to be amended.
