Technology is going to be the busiest sector for private equity in Canada this year, especially anything related to artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure, predict PE lawyers.
As the year kicks off, Canadian law firms are releasing their predictions for the future and overviews of the past year with both McCarthy Tetrault and Torys launching their private equity outlooks in the last week or so.
