Investigations and litigation firm Kobre & Kim has hired a new regional managing director for Latin America, based in São Paulo, as the firm continues to target growth in the region.

Renata Ramalhosa is charged with expanding and cultivating Kobre & Kim’s relationships with local law firms, other strategic advisors, and end-users throughout the region. Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, she was the CEO of Beta-i Brasil, a consultancy she co-founded that advises corporations, governments, and other organizations on innovation. Earlier in her career, she was also deputy consul general at the British Consulate in São Paulo and director at Trade and Investment Brasil and Investment Latam, where she promoted trade and investment relations between Brazil and the UK.
