Greenberg Traurig has hired a team of eight lawyers to launch its Munich office including a four-lawyer team from McDermott Will & Emery including corporate partner Björn Biehl.
Biehl advises clients on M&A, private equity, corporate restructurings, and insolvency with a focus on distressed M&A. His clients include Austrian private real estate giant Signa.
