A Nairobi law firm is calling for the removal of all seven Supreme Court justices, citing injustice and legal overreach after the boutique’s 13 lawyers were all barred from appearing before the country’s highest court.
Kenya's Ahmednasir Abdullahi Advocates asked that Chief Justice Martha Koome and six other Supreme Court judges be suspended and recommended for removal in a 173-page petition addressed to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).
