Osler Hires Cross-border Banking Partner from Torys
Ricco Bhasin will be co-chair of Osler’s financial institution transaction group, based in Toronto and New York.

Osler Hoskin & Harcourt has hired a top banking partner from Torys.
Ricco A.S. Bhasin joins Osler as a partner in its corporate department. He will also be co-chair of its financial institution transactions group based in both the firm’s Toronto and New York offices.
Bhasin was previously partner and co-head of Torys’ financial services transactions group for more than 13 years and before that worked at Dechert in New York.
