Hengeler Mueller is advising Danish energy giant Ørsted on the offshore wind farm project Baltica 2 in the Polish Baltic Sea.
The firm is also advising on the 50/50 partnership with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, who have taken the final investment decision (FID) for the project.
