Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is entering the Saudi legal market with plans to open two offices in Riyadh and Al-Khobar.

The firm, which already has offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Tel Aviv, aims to strengthen its regional presence in a fiercely competitive legal market. At least 18 U.K.- and U.S.-headquartered law firms now have Saudi licenses and more than 10 are reportedly waiting for approval.
