Morrison Foerster is expanding its global antitrust and competition capabilities in Brussels with the hiring of prominent Cooley partner Alexander Israel as chair of MoFo’s European competition practice within the firm’s global antitrust law practice group. Israel will also serve as co-office managing partner in Brussels.Israel brings significant antitrust litigation experience to the firm, having represented clients in cases before the Federal Court of Justice in Germany and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
