Paul Hastings and Latham & Watkins, together with Big Six Korean law firms Lee & Ko and Kim & Chang, are advising on Seoul-based conglomerate LG Group listing of its information technology service company, LG CNS, for $823 million.
The offering, which will float on the Korea Exchange, marks South Korea's largest public float since 2022. It follows LG Energy Solutions’ $10.8 billion listing three years ago— the country’s largest ever initial public offering, advised by Paul Hastings, Kim & Chang and another Big Six Korean law firm Bae, Kim & Lee.
