LONDON – Norton Rose is planning to introduce a radical reduced working scheme for all employees and partners in response to the market downturn.
The firm is proposing a temporary flexible working scheme that will see staff signing up to reduce their working week from five days to four with a 15% reduction in base salary, or take a sabbatical of four to twelve weeks at 30% of base salary.
