Australian firm HWL Ebsworth has recruited five new partners across the country.
Andrew Shearwood is joining HWL Ebsworth’s Perth office from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was a partner advising on investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets deals in a range of industries. He joined the former Freehills over three decades ago and had been a partner there for 27 years. With the addition of Shearwood, HWL Ebsworth now has 30 lawyers, including 10 partners.
