Former King & Wood Mallesons Hong Kong partners Larry Kwok and Conrad Chan are leaving to start their own firm.

Both Kwok and Chan advise on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Both joined the former Mallesons Stephen Jaques in 2004 through its merger with Kwok & Yih, the Hong Kong firm Kwok co-founded in 1994 with Dieter Yih, now a Hong Kong partner with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
