Australian firm Johnson Winter & Slattery has hired a new partner in Sydney.
Carrie Follas was most recently a real estate partner with DLA Piper, also in Sydney. She advises on commercial property deals, including acquisitions and disposals, due diligence reporting and regulatory issues. Follas also specializes in rural land transactions for the forestry products and agribusiness sectors, and has handled real estate-related matters in the renewable energy sector.
