China’s Broad & Bright is adding a partner in Shanghai, plans to open office in both Tokyo and Los Angeles.
Peter Neumann, who is currently the Shanghai-based Asia Pacific general counsel for U.S. chemical company Celanese Corp., will join the firm on Oct. 1. Neumann advises on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters. He will also support the firm’s well-regarded antitrust practice, especially with investigations by the National Development and Resources Commission and State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
