Former Mallesons, Milbank Partners Launch New Hong Kong Firm

Three partners from former Hong Kong capital markets firm Kwok & Yih have reunited to launch a boutique corporate firm in the city.

Former Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy Hong Kong partner Dieter Yih and former King & Wood Mallesons Hong Kong partners Larry Kwok and Conrad Chan established Kwok Yih & Chan on Oct. 1. They are joined by former King & Wood Mallesons associate Leon Saw, who is a partner at the new 12-lawyer firm.
