Australian independent firm HWL Ebsworth is bolstering its presence in South Australia through a second acquisition this year.
The Melbourne-based firm is taking over 10-lawyer Lawson Smith Lawyers, a boutique insurance and litigation firm. Lawson Smith advises clients on professional indemnity, product liability and clinical negligence matters, and also handles defamation and media cases.
