Reed Smith has launched a corporate practice in Singapore by recruiting former Stephenson Harwood partner Matthew Gorman.
Gorman joins as a partner and will advise clients in various sectors on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. He specializes in London Stock Exchange listings and cross-border deals in Southeast Asia.
