Adrian Tembel, chief executive partner at Australian mid-tier outfit Thomson Geer, says he has been watching the first four law firm initial public offerings on the country’s stock exchange with great interest. Intellectual property shop Spruson & Ferguson, which sold its first shares in November, is the most recent law firm to take the plunge.
