Bae, Kim & Lee has hired two new partners for its Seoul office.
Jung Il Moon has joined the Korean firm’s financial litigation team will advise clients on transactions in the banking and finance, real estate and insurance sectors, among others. Previously, he’d spent 19 years as a judge, working in district courts in Seoul, Daejon and Suwon, as well as a senior judge at Seoul High Court.
