Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has hired away another Linklaters partner.
Beijing partner Thomas Ng will relocate to join Freshfields’ Hong Kong office in early May. Ng advises Chinese banks and companies on outbound mergers and acquisitions and projects in the energy and resources sectors.
