Rowan McDonald joins from K&L Gates, where he was a partner advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings and other capital markets deals. He has also handled distressed asset sales in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, agriculture and hospitality sectors.
