Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has hired a new partner for its Greater China practice.
Former Paul Hastings Beijing partner Ouyang Dan joins the firm and will split her time between Beijing and Hong Kong. Ouyang specializes in capital markets transactions, having worked on nearly 30 Chinese initial public offerings and follow-on equity offers in Hong Kong and the United States. Last month, she represented Chinese gaming company Perfect World Co. Ltd. on a $1 billion take-private deal by founder Michael Chi.
