Atlanta-based King & Spalding has poached four Ashurst partners to launch a new base in Tokyo, which will be the firm’s second office in Asia along with Singapore.

Ashurst Tokyo partners John McClenahan, Mark Davies and Chris Bailey are expected to make the move. Rupert Lewi, currently based in Perth, is also joining the U.S. firm in Japan.
