Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., the new outfit of former Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. co-managing partner Shardul Shroff, has joined global law firm network Lex Mundi as its new member firm for India.
Lex Mundi is a referral network of 160 independent firms, including China’s Jun he Law Offices and Australia’s Clayton Utz, in over 100 countries. The network has one member firm for each jurisdiction. In India, Shardul Amarchand replaces the former Amarchand Mangaldas, which split in May after a protracted dispute between Shardul and his brother, Cyril.
