Litigation boutique Kobre & Kim has opened a second Asian office in Seoul.

The firm’s Korean-born cofounding partner Michael Kim will lead the practice and split his time among New York, London and Seoul. Hong Kong-based lawyer Robin Baik, who joined Kobre & Kim in 2012 from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, will relocate to Seoul and focus on Korea-related commercial litigation and insolvency disputes. The office will also include financial analyst Jean Kim.
