O’Melveny & Myers is relocating its sole transactions partner in Singapore to Hong Kong, leaving just one partner whose primary residence in is the firm’s city-state office.

Partner Andrew Hutton is expected to arrive in the Chinese city “sometime in the next month or so,” he says, in an effort to bolster O’Melveny’s corporate team there. “Fortifying the transactions practice in Asia, starting in Hong Kong, is a firm priority,” he says.
