Ashurst has hired a new partner in Hong Kong.
Jini Lee joins from Linklaters, where she was a senior associate advising on debt capital markets deals, especially offshore renminbi bonds. Last year, she represented DBS Bank Ltd. and Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd. as underwriters on a $160 million renminbi-denominated bond offer by state-owned Bohai Steel Group Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong. She also acted for Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. on a $160 million renminbi bond issue in Dubai.
