Dorsey & Whitney has opened a new office in Beijing.
Shanghai partner Frank Hong will relocate to be the managing partner of the office. Hong advices on China-related inbound and outbound investments, international trade and intellectual property matters. Hong joined Dorsey in 2013 from Chinese firm Long An Law Firm where he spent the past decade as a Shanghai-based senior partner. Also relocating to Beijing is Dorsey’s Shanghai associate Ray Liu, who specializes in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
