Maria Townsend arrives from Hunt & Hunt Lawyers where she was a partner advising on financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the automotive industry. She has acted for automotive dealers across Australia on compliance, financing, leasing, restructuring and sales-and-acquisition-related commercial and taxation matters. She also advises on matters in the real estate, technology and telecommunications sectors.
