Sydney-based managing partner Mark Pistilli and M&A partner Danny Simmons are both leaving the firm, and will be on gardening leave until the end of June.
The pair were part of the magic circle firm’s initial team in the country coming on board when it merged with Sydney firm Chang Pistilli & Simmons in 2011.
