Australian firm HWL Ebsworth has recruited a technology partner in Sydney.
Josh Messing was most recently a senior associate with Herbert Smith Freehills. Messing specializing in information technology and outsourcing contracts negotiations. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, distribution agreements and general procurements in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. In 2013, he acted for Australian building material dealer Boral Ltd. on a $1.6 billion joint venture Chicago-based peer USG Corp.
