Minter Ellison has hired away a pair of mergers and acquisitions partners from Norton Rose Fulbright in Australia.
Con Boulougouris and Wissam Abwi arrive at the firm’s Sydney office. Boulougouris was most recently Australia head of M&A for Norton Rose Fulbright. He specializes in deals in the food and agribusiness, real estate, construction and leisure sectors, having represented Crown Resorts, Samsung C&T, Canada’s McCain Foods and Australian engineering company Aurecon, on transactions, due diligence, contracts negotiation and reorganization.
