Allen & Overy’s incoming management team are expected to focus on dramatically improving the Magic Circle firm’s offering in the United States as well as overhauling the firm’s governance structure and refreshing the partner appraisal system.

The firm’s partnership selected current managing partner Wim Dejonghe to replace David Morley as senior partner last month, with corporate co-head Andrew Ballheimer to become managing partner.
