Former Morgan, Lewis & Bockius Tokyo managing partner Lisa Yano has joined Hogan Lovells.
Yano specializes in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and technology licensing and transferring in and out of Japan. She also advises on compliance matters and internal investigations. In 2012, she advised state-owned oil producer KazMunaiGaz National Co. on a $297.5 million loan from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation to upgrade a refinery.
