Mumbai-based Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has recruited a new partner to lead an investment funds practice from its head office.
Shagoofa Khan joins from Indian investment bank IDFC Alternatives Ltd. where she was a senior director and head of legal and compliance. Khan has advised on funds structure, acquisitions, exits and restructuring. She also handles tax planning and business advisory work.
