China’s Zhong Lun Law Firm has added two U.S. offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco with the hire of five partners from Dentons.
All five join from legacy Dacheng Law Offices’ U.S. practice. Among them, Xiao Ling, Leodis Matthews and Rowena Lin will join as equity partners. Xiao and Lin were office managing partners of Dacheng’s offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco, respectively, while Matthews was a partner in Los Angeles. Both new offices will focus mainly on advising Chinese companies, individuals and government agencies
