Herbert Smith Freehills’ Australian relationship intellectual property firm has joined a peer firm to become the latest law firm listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
FPA Patent Attorneys, formerly known as Freehills Patent Attorneys, and Davies Collison Cave have jointly formed Qantm Intellectual Property Ltd. and went public on Wednesday after an initial public offering that raised about $110 million.
