Ashurst has confirmed that Singapore restructuring partner Joel Hogarth is the latest to resign from the firm’s partnership.
Hogarth is now on paid leave and will join corporate advisory firm Borrelli Walsh’s Jakarta office as a director in January. He will advise on corporate and bond restructuring matters in Indonesia. Borrelli Walsh focuses on restructuring and insolvency matters and also has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.
